These terms apply to shop owners and authorised staff using the KhetKart Seller app, seller portal and marketplace services in India. By registering or continuing to use seller services, you agree to these terms and the KhetKart Seller Privacy Policy.
Provide accurate, current business and contact details. Complete the required PAN, GST and shop-proof checks requested during onboarding, and promptly update expired or changed information. Keep credentials secure and notify KhetKart if an account is compromised. KhetKart may limit seller features while verification is pending or when submitted information cannot be verified.
You are responsible for the accuracy, safety, availability, pricing, tax classification, HSN details, images and descriptions of your products; maintaining inventory; complying with applicable laws and product standards; and fulfilling accepted orders. Do not list counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe or unlawfully marketed goods, misrepresent product condition, or upload content you do not have permission to use.
Process orders and customer requests promptly through the seller app or portal. Keep dispatch and pickup details accurate. If you request a courier shipment through Shiprocket or another integrated carrier, you authorise KhetKart to send the order, parcel, recipient and pickup information needed to that carrier. A shipment record is distinct from courier pickup booking; follow the status shown in the app or portal. Follow the applicable cancellation, return, refund and customer-protection rules shown for the order.
Provide correct GST registration and tax information and issue or support accurate tax invoices as required by law. Seller fees, commissions, shipping charges, free-delivery cost responsibility and settlement details are shown in the seller portal, order details or applicable commercial terms before they apply. You authorise only the deductions and adjustments disclosed there or required by law. KhetKart does not provide tax or legal advice.
You grant KhetKart permission to display and use your submitted shop and product content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. You retain ownership of your content and must have rights to submit it. KhetKart may suspend access for fraud, inaccurate documents, unlawful products, security risks, repeated non-fulfilment or violation of these terms, and may remove content that breaches policy or law. We may change app features and will publish material terms updates on this page.
To the extent permitted by law, each party remains responsible for its own conduct and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Indian law. For seller support, complaints or questions, use the KhetKart Contact Us page.
